Human Resources Executive (Systems)

As an Assistant Manager / Executive (HR Systems), you will be playing a key role in managing the development and maintenance of HR systems in SIA Engineering Company.

Responsibilities

Operations

  • Be responsible for ensuring proper segregation of duties and ensure that access rights granted does not result in violations with company guidelines/procedures
  • Review and collaborate with HR users and/or business units to implement HRIS system enhancements
  • Develop and generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide HR community with timely and accurate information
  • Provide communication, operational support and process guidance to employees and HR users
  • Track and ensure proper closure of system-related issues raised by employees or HR users
  • Communicate all IT related changes and its impact to HR users
  • Serve as main contact person for HR on all IT related matters

Project(s)

  • Facilitate sessions with HR users in defining the current processes, challenges, needs and reporting requirements for the design of the new system(s)
  • Collaborate with users, IT project team and other stakeholders to ensure that new HR system meets project milestones, scope and budget
  • Serve as the co-lead with IT to coordinate internal resources to ensure data migration, data cleansing and mapping work are accurately executed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information System and/or Business related degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR systems
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in implementing SAP SuccessFactors and/or organisation-wide HR systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR Policies and Processes
  • Experience with SAP employee modules will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Tableau and RPA would be advantageous
  • Ability to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across stakeholders
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as a team


Selected candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager or Executive depending on experience and qualifications.
