Cargo - Executive (Projects) (1-year Contract)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Cargo Division, Projects Department. He/She is expected to liaise & represent stakeholders’ needs for the future Integrated Cargo Management System (ICMS) product with effective communication & documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture key stakeholders’ needs & product vision and represent them in your area of responsibility

• Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and prioritize features to maximize values

• Obtain buy-in from stakeholders on major decisions and strategy

• Communicate product vision, business requirements and clear priorities to the project team / development team / vendor

• Oversee the development stages and a key player throughout each event including planning, refinement and review.

• Act as primary link between stakeholders and development team / vendor

• Work closely with project team to manage timeline & cross-functional dependencies

• Empowered to make decision & shape the future of ICMS Product Implementation: Acceptance & Release

• Conduct and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) together with project team, stakeholders

• Manage quality and set clear acceptance criteria for product features & release

• Liaise with project team and relevant departments for product dependences

• Minimize business disruptions during product transition period

• Collect & incorporate users’ feedback in subsequent releases

• Assist Change Management team in training and communicating the changes to stations



• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university

• 1-2 years’ experience in cargo / logistics industry

• 1-2 years’ experience in project management and implementation

• Analytical & problem-solving skills

• Communication skill – written and oral

• Strong coordination skill

• Ability to work on non-routine problems

• Ability to work in a team and with people at different levels

• Ability to manage own time & priority accordingly
