Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Customer Experience Division, Inflight Services & Design Department (IS&D). He/She will
be required to drive the implementation of the digital initiatives for the
department and support the business users on their IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the agile team as product owner, to deliver the product roadmap aligned to the strategic KPIs
• Drive and execute digital projects for Inflight Services (e.g. inflight scheduling system, galley planning tool, data analytics etc)
• Define and prioritize product roadmap based on business value
• Collaborate closely with users to identify IT requirements, desired outcome and justifications
• Create user stories, prepare/perform user acceptance test and manage rollout plan
• Review suitability and sustainability of solution proposed by the IT developers
• Track development progress to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project, within budget
• Manage communications on change management/training
• Work with IT developers to resolve any system issues expeditiously
• Perform business process redesign to streamline/optimize processes
• Devise and maintain detailed documentation
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Possess a good bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or Engineering
• Good project management experience
• Keen interest in digital product development
• Meticulous and organised in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to present/explain technical details to non-practitioners of IT
• Collaborative and adapt well to changing business environment
• Knowledge in Agile methodology, data analytics (e.g. Tableau), MS Power Platform is a plus, but not mandatory
