Job Description
The successful candidate will join
Cargo Division, Project Department. He/She will be responsible to liaise &
represent stakeholders’ need for future Integrated Cargo Management System
(ICMS) product with effective communication & documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with stakeholders to define & elicit product requirements.
• Prepare Agile Request for Proposal (RFP) workshop material, assist & collect key stakeholders’ feedback.
• Keep Anchor Product Owner (PO) & key stakeholders up to date with progress.
• Prepare workshops’ material, refine requirements and get ready for ICMS Commercial RFP.
• Serve as PO to help key stakeholders in evaluating different vendors’ solutions and doing fit/gap analysis.
• Capture key stakeholders’ needs & product vision and represent them in your area of responsibility.
• Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and prioritize features to maximize values.
• Communicate product vision, business requirements and clear priorities to the project team / development team / vendor.
• Oversee the development stages and a key player throughout each event including planning, refinement and review.
• Work closely with project team to manage timeline & cross-functional dependencies.
• Conduct and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) together with project team, stakeholders & users.
• Manage quality and set clear acceptance criteria for product features & release.
• Liaise with project team and relevant departments for product dependences.
• Minimize business disruptions during product transition period.
• Collect & incorporate users’ feedback in subsequent releases.
• Assist Change Management team in training and communicating the changes to stations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university
• 1-2 years’ experience in cargo / logistics industry
• 1-2 years’ experience in project management and implementation
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Communication skill – written and oral
• Strong coordination skill
• Ability to work on non-routine problems
• Ability to work in a team and with people at different levels
• Ability to manage own time & priority accordingly
