Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Cargo Division, Digital & E-Commerce Logistics department (E-commerce Logistics) - Parxl. Parxl is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented member to join the team. You will be at the forefront of Parxl’s customer operations, making sure we meet our targets and service levels to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customer policies, standards, and procedure2. Develop customer satisfaction goals, communicating and coordinating with the team3. Manage customer enquiries by ensuring timely response to customers 4. Manage customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction 5. Work with cross-functional team to delivery timely resolution of customer enquiries and complaints6. Provide guidance and training to customer success associate 7. Develop service report and analyse service statistics and present on findings 8. Provide product and service information and resolving product and service problems9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed10. Review latest industry trends and methods and propose process improvements 11. Develop and implement customer loyalty program
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field • Experience in customer service and account management (preferred) • Pleasant and polite personality • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Positive energy and attitude • Team player and able to work effectively in a team • Needs to be able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment • Comfortable working with people
