Manager / Assistant Manager (PMO HR Systems) Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be part of Part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team to progressively deliver the multi-phase New HR System project globally to all SIA group employees over multiple years on time and budget. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring the project, and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome. He/She will report to Senior Manager PMO.Key Responsibilities:Lead, drive and manage project plan, activities and deliveries with internal and external stakeholdersEstablish and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones and deliverablesEstablish and enhance project governance structures and mechanisms (including risk assessment and mitigation plans)Conduct cost-benefits / business needs analysis, and identify key business challenges and solutionsEstablish performance indicators, measure the achievement of desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomesTrack, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholdersLead and facilitate discussions and meetings effectivelyBuild and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendorsRequirementsDegree in any disciplineMinimum 1-2 years as a project manager/executive/officer, or a similar roleSound understanding of HR business processes / functions will be advantageousRelevant SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM-equivalent implementation experience will be advantageousStrong leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong people management skillsStrong communication, written and facilitation skillsSystematic with strong organisational and time management skillsMulti-tasking ability, adaptable to changes, and enjoys a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter, strong drive, and able to work independentlyFast learner, and innovativeAttention to detailStrong accountability to deliver high quality work
