Manager / Assistant Manager (PMO HR Systems)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team to progressively deliver the multi-phase New HR System project globally to all SIA group employees over multiple years on time and budget. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring the project, and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome.  He/She will report to Senior Manager PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, drive and manage project plan, activities and deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones and deliverables
    Establish and enhance project governance structures and mechanisms (including risk assessment and mitigation plans)
  • Conduct cost-benefits / business needs analysis, and identify key business challenges and solutions
  • Establish performance indicators, measure the achievement of desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders
  • Lead and facilitate discussions and meetings effectively
    Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendors

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years as a project manager/executive/officer, or a similar role
  • Sound understanding of HR business processes / functions will be advantageous
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM-equivalent implementation experience will be advantageous
