Flight Operations - Associate Crew Services (Training Admin)

Job Description

 The successful candidate will be part of SIA’s Crew and Division Services Department in Flight Operations Division. He/ She will be responsible for the division's administrative support duties and assist in matters pertaining to technical crew and relevant business units on matters flight operations.

Key Responsibilities 

• Preparation of documents for new hires (pilots)

• Liaison with other Flight Operations Division's stakeholders for new hires to commence with their training

• Preparation and issuance of contract/letters to new hires

• Data entry into Excel or Systems

• Archival of personal and training documents

• Book travel tickets for trainees to and from Australia

• Provide administrative support to the executive to facilitate onboarding of new hirers

• Co-administering of training systems. Eg. ACE

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A diploma in any field

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with people at different levels

• Proficient in Microsoft office software

• Analytical and meticulous with attention to detail

• Must be comfortable using IT software

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and take initiatives to spot potential process improvement

• Team Player

• Diligent and receptive to changes

• Self-motivated, with good time management and ability to prioritize work accordingly

• Prior administrative work experience will be an advantage
