Engineering - Associate Fleet Operations Job Description The successful candidate will be part of the SIA Engineering Division Fleet Operations department. He/she will support the administration functions of the department. Key Responsibilities include: • To schedule / coordinate / make appointments for HOD, managers and department• To provide efficient and timely admin clerical / secretarial support for department• To organize travel arrangement for all staff levels within the department• Open, sort and distribute incoming mail• Facilitate and make applications for Airline House Security Clearance and SIA Engineering Hangar for personnel and staff• Coordinating and maintaining of staff records and training file• Supporting the Line Maintenance CoC teams / Maint Ops and maintaining of their records and shift allowance• Manage and maintain proper documentation filing and ensure timely archive of old documents• Verifying and maintaining and recording of staff employment status and personal details• Monitoring and updating of KRONOS for shift workers (system trained)• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superiors. Requirements • Must be familiar with basics software application and IT savvy• Proficient in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint• Those with knowledge and relevant experience of resources management, administration and procedures would be preferred• Good verbal and written communication skills• Must be motivated, driven and be a team player and also be able to work independently• Must be able to work under pressure
