HR Senior Executive (Benefits)

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Benefits & Crew Hotel department in SIA Human Resources Division.  You will be part of the team in managing staff travel benefits and other benefits schemes to provide consumer-grade employee experience and ensure operational efficiencies in administration of benefits.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Oversee staff travel benefits operations for all SIA staff

  • Oversee administration of benefits based on policies including management of 4 Associates
  • Regular review of policies to ensure relevance and competitiveness, based on market info and best practices
  • Regular review of processes to improve operational efficiencies through simplification and standardisation
  • Work with HR Technology team to maintain staff travel system setup in accordance to policies and processes
  • Ensure that all manual cases managed by the team are responded to within stipulated timeline and of satisfactory quality

2. Manage system enhancement requirements, user acceptance testing and investigation of system errors

  • Lead all enhancement projects to streamline operations and improve employee experience
  • Provide business requirements in user stories and participate in daily calls to provide user input and prioritisation
  • Review system design and user experience in the system
  • Ensure thorough testing is done, to cover all scenarios before changes are pushed to production

3. Expand interline partnership programme (IPP) and manage IPP operations

  • Plan out IPP roadmap for the year and prioritise efforts with PIR and regions
  • Engage other airline partners to reach agreement on terms and conditions of IPP
  • Review and manage myID system setup and processes required to facilitate partnership established
  • Oversee IPP operations together with airline partners post roll-out

4. New staff travel system project

  • Work closely with IT counterpart in development of new system, including provision of requirement, user acceptance testing and cutover plan
  • Engage overseas stations to review policies and processes, set up system configurations and conduct UAT
  • Lead all change management efforts to move into new system

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Experience with Altea booking system experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong interest in user experience enhancement and user journey mapping 
  • High-level attention to details with ability to manage workload with shifting priorities
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills are critical Independent in problem-solving
