HR Senior Executive (Benefits) Job Description The successful candidate will join the Benefits & Crew Hotel department in SIA Human Resources Division. You will be part of the team in managing staff travel benefits and other benefits schemes to provide consumer-grade employee experience and ensure operational efficiencies in administration of benefits.Key Responsibilities include:1. Oversee staff travel benefits operations for all SIA staffOversee administration of benefits based on policies including management of 4 AssociatesRegular review of policies to ensure relevance and competitiveness, based on market info and best practicesRegular review of processes to improve operational efficiencies through simplification and standardisationWork with HR Technology team to maintain staff travel system setup in accordance to policies and processesEnsure that all manual cases managed by the team are responded to within stipulated timeline and of satisfactory quality2. Manage system enhancement requirements, user acceptance testing and investigation of system errorsLead all enhancement projects to streamline operations and improve employee experienceProvide business requirements in user stories and participate in daily calls to provide user input and prioritisationReview system design and user experience in the systemEnsure thorough testing is done, to cover all scenarios before changes are pushed to production3. Expand interline partnership programme (IPP) and manage IPP operationsPlan out IPP roadmap for the year and prioritise efforts with PIR and regionsEngage other airline partners to reach agreement on terms and conditions of IPPReview and manage myID system setup and processes required to facilitate partnership establishedOversee IPP operations together with airline partners post roll-out4. New staff travel system projectWork closely with IT counterpart in development of new system, including provision of requirement, user acceptance testing and cutover planEngage overseas stations to review policies and processes, set up system configurations and conduct UATLead all change management efforts to move into new systemRequirementsA bachelor's degree in any disciplineExperience with Altea booking system experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong interest in user experience enhancement and user journey mapping High-level attention to details with ability to manage workload with shifting prioritiesAnalytical and critical thinking skills are critical Independent in problem-solving
