Global Sales - Manager Sales Ops Transformation (2-year Contract)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities:

• Plan and manage timelines for complete cutover to new sales ops set-up

• Lead multiple work streams on process optimization, digitization and change management with respective team members- consultant, process specialist, product owners, ITD

• Drive delivery against success criteria

• Manage all stakeholders including other HQ Business Units and Stations

• Conduct change management with Stations to ensure smooth transition

• Develop the training curriculum for Sales Ops from scratch

• Put in place a sustainable framework for continual management of Sales Ops globally by Global Sales & Corporate Department

Required Skills

• Possess a good degree in any discipline

• Proficient in process definition and modelling, process improvement and/or process re-engineering

• Prior experience with process optimisation, automation and related technologies

• Experience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma or Lean Delivery is a plus

• Proficient in identifying rules and problem for the purpose of achieving operational and workflow improvement

• Commercially-minded, organized and able to work in a team

• Has strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills

• Meticulous and organised in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of driving change and dealing with difficulties that change entails
