Associate Cabin Crew Rostering (1 Year Contract)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the team in Integrated Crew Operations & Planning department and responsible for the following duties:

  • To support the planning of cabin crew rosters, so that good quality rosters that are fair and meet relevant rules are published in a timely manner.
    • Plan and publish cabin crew rosters on a timely basis, following prescribed regulatory requirements, service requirements, work rules and targets built in the Rostering System.
    • To pre-assign crew duties, flights and/or training where required. Ensure accuracy in pre-assignment and conduct validation checks to ensure all the relevant rules are met before roster is published. Ensure relevant checks and balances are in place to prevent errors.
  • To support the planning and execution of the annual leave bidding leave exercise for cabin crew, and to manage and administer the day-to-day requests for change of leave dates.
  • Carry out investigations and attend to crew queries on rostering and leave matters.
  • Support in systems testing, e.g. crew roster optimiser and crew tracking systems.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Possess a diploma qualification preferably with IT or systems background or experiences
  • A team player, highly motivated, and have a positive attitude with good communication and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of crew rostering procedures/processes and being conversant in Aircrews and SAP would be advantageous
