Associate Employee Services (Cabin Crew)

Job Description

The successful candidate will have to perform the following duties:

Administer and maintain staff personal records, salary and service conditions for Cabin Crew that includes but not limited to:

• Salary, allowance and bulk payments (e.g. Bonuses, Annual Wage Supplement, Gratuities)

• Contract renewals, promotions, special appointments (e.g. Ward Leaders, Line Instructors, Trainers, Crew on Ground Assignment)

• Promotions (e.g. Promotions to Chief Stewards/Stewardesses and Inflight Managers)

• Staff departures and clearance

• Cabin-Crew-In-Absentia (CCA) scheme for eligible pregnant crew

• Leave quota and adjustment

• Maintenance of records

Provide one-stop HR Services to employees (Cabin Crew)

• Attending to Cabin Crew’s queries and requests

• Coverage of Employee Services Helpdesk duties

• Assist with work pass renewal matters for foreign crew

Adhoc work on system enhancements and testing for new enhancements and changes in HR projects

Adhoc Data Reporting: Extraction and running of reports, data and statistics for HR data and statistics when required

Any other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Possess a diploma in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in (HR) shared services operations

• Analytical, meticulous, driven to work under tight deadlines and have strong numerical competency.

• High attention to detail with strong numerical competency, able to execute accurately and quickly

• Be proficient in SAP HR Module, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications

• Be familiar with local labour legislation/TAFEP

• Have good verbal and written communication skills
